При установленном параметре cursor_sharing = similar механизм разделения курсоров в СУБД инициирует генерацию нового плана выполнения для сходных (т.е. отличающихся только значениями литералов) операторов SQL, если литерал (или переменная связывания) ненадежный, даже если в библиотечном пуле уже есть план выполнения сходного оператора. Пример оператора с ненадежным литералом: select * from emp where deptno<400.
